  • Ask for feedback. Let new hires tell you what’s working and what’s not. Tweak the system as you go.

2. CRM Adoption: From Pain Point to Power Tool

You invest in a CRM because you know it can help you scale, but no one uses it.

Here’s why: it feels like extra work. It doesn’t fit into the team’s day-to-day. There’s no buy-in.

Here’s how to change that:

  • Pick your champions. Identify team members who "get it" and can help lead the charge.

  • Build it into daily life. The CRM should feel like a helpful tool, not a chore.

  • Train smart. Customize training to your team's workflow. Generic training won’t cut it.

The Real Secret: Accountability

Even the best systems fall apart without someone holding the rope.
